Also, the location is great, minutes from Glynn Place Mall. The hotel is in a particularly good area, right next to a movie theater and a theater.

The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, especially the made-to-order waffles. I really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the King Suite.
There were a few minor maintenance issues in the suite that needed attention.

Bed was very comfortable. The front desk people was very friendly. The breakfast and the nightly get together were awesome.
Part of staff pretended not to speak English. The sofa was uncomfortable it felt warn out. The chair in livingroom was very dirty. The carpet was dingy. The water took a while to warm up.

the staff genuinely cared when our car broke down; rose went above and beyond. the cooked-to-order breakfast was a game changer that made our stay truly memorable! free parking was a bonus.

Great stay for a group getaway
We were pleased with the afternoon reception where they had free snacks and drinks which was just the kind of thing we needed after our drive. Breakfast was another highlight, made-to-order omelets that were superb, worth getting up early for!
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the convenience we got.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Room was clean. Great breakfast with omellette and waffle bar. Lots of choices. Always like the managers reception in the evening.
This is an older property by a very old shopping mall. The lobby is huge but dated and in need of updating. Overall a tired property.
